By downloading, installing, or using PotionHub, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use PotionHub.

Description of Service

PotionHub is a desktop application for soap and candle makers. It helps you manage recipes, calculate formulations, track batches, and organize inventory. Everything runs locally on your computer.

License Grant

When you purchase PotionHub, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the software on one (1) device. Internet access is required for initial activation. After activation, the app works offline with a 7-day grace period before re-validation is needed.

Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the software
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
  • Sublicense, rent, or lease the software to others
  • Use a single license on more than one device
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices in the software

Purchase & Payment

PotionHub is available for a one-time purchase of $79 (USD), processed through LemonSqueezy. This price is subject to change for future purchases, but your license remains valid regardless of price changes.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day full refund, no questions asked. To request a refund, email us. Your license will be deactivated upon refund.

Your Data

You own everything you create in PotionHub — your recipes, batches, inventory, and all other content. All data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for backing up your data. We cannot access, recover, or restore your data under any circumstances.

Intellectual Property

The PotionHub software, brand, logo, and website are the property of PotionHub. Your content — recipes, formulations, notes, and everything you create — belongs to you.

Disclaimers

PotionHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. PotionHub is a tool to assist with formulation and record-keeping — it is not a substitute for professional safety guidance. If you work with lye, fragrances, or other potentially hazardous materials, always follow proper safety protocols and verify calculations independently.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PotionHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for PotionHub ($79 USD).

Termination

You can stop using PotionHub at any time by uninstalling the software. We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the software ends, but your locally stored data remains on your device.

Changes to These Terms

If we update these terms, the changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of PotionHub after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
